My daughter and son undergo orthodontic treatment with her. We are correcting our daughter's bite and aligning her teeth, and our son's tooth was extracted and his teeth were aligned. We also come regularly for maintenance and correction of braces.

We travel to see Dr. Svitlana in Krakow from another city in Poland, and now from another country! 😊 And all because we entrust the treatment of our children only to her. ❤️ For us, distance does not matter when it comes to children's health.

I would like to single out the clinic itself. Very convenient location - not far from the train station, which is especially important when you come from another city or country. The clinic has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, friendly administrators and a very nice director of the clinic.

"A terrible experience, complete negligence and lies from the staff!
I contacted this clinic to replace dental bridges. Unfortunately, the treatment process raised huge questions from the very beginning: no preliminary diagnostics or photographs were taken before starting work.
Already during the treatment process, I regularly encountered outright lies from the staff about the manipulations and the situation. During the installation of bridges, I complained of severe tooth sensitivity when chewing, but the doctor simply waved it off. After the installation, the worst became clear: the supporting teeth, along with the bridges, began to loosen.
In response to my complaints and repeated visits (I’ve already been there five times!), the doctor states that “everything will go away with time” and that mobility and pain are “normal.” As a result, I have not been able to chew normally on this side for three months now; my teeth hurt and are loose. This kind of attitude, deception of patients and frankly poor quality work are simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic or this specialist to anyone!"

"I was looking for a good dentist and I finally found the perfect one! The visit passed in a great atmosphere and the treatment was completely painless. At the end, I even received a special mirror to check my teeth so that I could easily maintain my hygiene at home. Patient care at the highest level! I will definitely come back here. I recommend!"

"Very expensive!!!!! During the consultation, one price was announced, then unfortunately it turned out not 1600 but 2400. Painkillers are very bad, you will feel the entire process of removing nerves and the tooth will hurt for another two hours. The price for first aid was announced at 450 zlotys, but the doctor included 750 zlotys. The tooth hurts. I don’t really want to argue, especially since the overall price suited me.!!!’ In general, I don’t advise you to bypass a third party!!!"
